  • Once the delivery is signed for and accepted, we may not be able to process claims for physical damage or leakage.

4. Special Handling for Hazardous Materials

Some products (such as thinners, solvents, and oil-based paints from Elmohandes or CMB) are classified as flammable or hazardous materials.

  • These items are shipped according to safety regulations.

  • We use specialized couriers equipped to handle chemical products safely.
